My Heart Is Resting In The Moment

My heart is resting in the moment, for this is where my power lies.

Allowing me to focus upon my choices.

If I choose to stay in the moment.

If I allow my mind to wander, it will take me into stories that have a mind of their own.

If left unchecked, it allows my will to bend that future without discernment of good or evil.

It will take me into places I have been before and suffered.

So I choose to stay in the moment.

My heart is resting in the moment, for this is where my power lies.

Allowing me to focus upon my choices.

If I choose to stay in the moment.

By manifesting a sad or pleasing thing, the vehicle of the mind is ignorant of its choice.

It is the servant of the untamed will of self - unrealised before I stumbled upon the swinging pendulum that I find myself on.

So I choose to stay in the moment.

Allowing me to focus upon my choices.

If I choose to stay in the moment.

Awakened now, to who I really am, I embrace my power to choose the type of energy I want for my creations and consciously espouse love to actualise into form.

So I choose to stay in the moment.

If I choose to stay in the moment.

Embracing my creator gift of awakening to the present moment, allows me to choose the delights of the day.

As I pluck the gifts of my creations from the tree of life.

I am choosing to stay in the moment.
